Gaining Weight the Healthy Way!



Gaining weight is a struggle just like losing weight. It is a journey and we all know a journey of 1000 miles begins with the first step. Well, this article will guide you in kick starting your journey to weight gain.

Step 1:
Write your goals down. Create a simple table of how many kilos you want to add after 4 weeks, a month and six months. This method will keep you in check.

Step 2:
Do a mini body detox for 3 days.First, ensure that you get enough sleep (6-7 hours) you will feel fatigued during this period.Our main aim is to remove toxins from your body for better nutrient absorption.You will need Aloe Bits n Peaches and also go vegan during the period.
